Naranjan and Irosh went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. They provided excellent suggestions for places to visit and the best way to get there. the breakfast they prepared for me was delicious. the location of the hotel was also perfect – it was away from the busy streets but still within walking distance of the city center. the rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable. the manager of the hotel was very friendly and made me feel right at home. I loved the delicious food and dinner options, and all my needs were taken care of.

The hotel's location is ideal for tourists since it's situated near the main temple, touristic places, and close to the lake. the room and bathroom were clean and had modern fittings. the staff was accommodating and helpful in making guests feel comfortable. Apart from serving tea and coffee anytime, they also prepared tasty Sri Lankan breakfast. Lastly, the hotel had a decent internet connection.

The hotel's uphill approach could be an issue for some guests with mobility difficulties.

Good Staff and Location Nearby We recently stayed at a hotel that had excellent staff and was in a great location close to a lake. the staff were helpful and friendly, always trying to make sure that we had everything that we needed. the location was also great as it was a short walk away from the lake and had plenty of things to do and see in the area. Another advantage was that the breakfast that was offered to us was tasty and filling, a great way to start the day.
